Additional aids: I use a lapboard with keyboard and mouse on the lapboard, keeping my shoulders, elbows, and wrists in the neutral position. It took only an hour or two to get acclimated to the [Freestyle’s split design] and the wrist pain resolved almost immediately. With an ergonomic keyboard and physical therapy exercises my symptoms improved quickly and went away almost entirely. They do come back when I spend extended time working on a laptop for example, without doing the stretches and exercises, so I try to use the Freestyle keyboard as much as possible, and take my Freestyle Solo keyboard travelling with me to use attached to my laptop.
