I'm thinking that there might have been a recent Windows Update that somehow messed up the way the headset is being detected, as I noticed something strange under Playback Devices. Additionally this issue seems to have carried over to my Xbox One as well. Unfortunately, none of those proposed solutions have worked for me. The troubleshooter comes back and tells me that it can't identify the problem. The Turtle Beach site doesn't appear to have drivers for this headset, presumably because this headset doesn't usually require any special drivers. I also followed the link and tried installing the generic device drivers on my main audio driver, as well as the other drivers listed in the Update Driver Software page. First i could only use chat or game audio, not both. Now when i speak in skype i cant hear my friends and i can hear my self speaking.

I have a gigabyte motherboard and use the integrated sound card. It is an older board (z68 socket 1155) and uses Realtek Audio. I've tried their drivers but it still doesn't help.
Even when my pc is off, i still hear my self clearly. I tested this by blowing to the microphone and i hear that annoying 'Chhhhhhhh'. How could i fix this? I Have tried: Swap USB ports Restart my PC Windows Mixer Swapping audio modes Re-plugging the mic Re-plugging the headphones Using another computer Your quick start guide and still this problem continues. So crap the 'Dont take this product back to store' note, bcs i will take these back and dont buy Turtle Beach again!
Skype for Business on Mac Keeps Crashing For a few days now my Skype for Business on Mac (MacOS 10.13.4) has been unusable. I will open Skype for Business and it will load and then crash within 20 seconds.
